Purchasing conditions
MosterAnne.dk is only selling second-hand goods, and you will thus be purchasing according to the “purchased as viewed” principle. Should you happen to regret a purchase, you are kindly referred to the below “14 days right of return” section.
Ordering
Order confirmations from MosterAnne.dk are normally sent out first working day after receipt of order.
Inspection of goods
Inspection and view of specific goods at MosterAnne.dk can be arranged at some notice.
Payment
Unless otherwise specified, all our prices are quoted in Danish Kroner (DKK).
You will be guided to payment in the buying process. Your payment is to be received within 5 days from order date.

Delivery
Normally your goods will be sent by parcel post on the first working day after receipt of payment.
The charge is DKK 48 per order to any destination in Denmark.
Forwarding abroad will be charged at the postal rate for the respective country.

Goods unsuitable for parcel post will have to be picked upon mutual agreement over telephone or email.

14 days right of returnContact information is available via the head menu.
If a purchased item should happen not to meet your expectations, you are allowed to return it within 14 days from purchase. MosterAnne.dk will refund the price of the returned item upon receipt and approved inspection. The forwarding and return costs will be on your own account. Our return address is:

Reservations are made against printing errors, price changes, and sold-out items.
